I specialize in Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches to engage clients during therapy session. I have training in Premaritial Counseling. I also provide Christian Counseling for those who finds spirituality vital to their stories.
I hold a Bachelors in Psychology from Mills College in Oakland, CA, Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Master of Divinity at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have 10+ years working with children and adults through crisis, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, communication, goal setting, grief and loss, living with disabilities, and pastoral/spiritual care. I have experience working with individuals and families.
