Life can bring obstacles that may be challenging to navigate, and each situational circumstance is
unique. I firmly believe in advocating for and working collaboratively with all walks of life, as well as
providing unconditional acceptance and a non-judgmental space. My role as a therapist is to assist each
client in actualizing their goals and provide support along their journey. I am a strong believer in
providing my clients with gentle compassion, as well as the tools and techniques they need to live a full-
filling life.
I specialize in meeting clients where they are and utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Psychodynamic, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Mindfulness-
Based Therapy, and Existential Therapy approaches to engage and clients during therapy sessions. I also
provide Christian affirming counseling for clients who would like to integrate their religion into their
therapeutic journey.

language Pathology at Brooklyn College. I have obtained my master’s degree in Mental Health
